Soheil E.Motlagh
Since he was 18 years old, Soheil has shown a natural ability to lead. He earned recognition from his first job for his exceptional work ethic and leadership abilities throughout his first year of work, He was given the chance to oversee a group of people.
In 2015, he landed his first position in Atieh Nama Bana. Despite lacking any formal industrial background, he brought his leadership and fundamental talents with him. He had a number of management positions at this time, including electrical foreman and electrical general foreman. He managed teams of up to 20 electricians in less than two years.
In 2019, he imigrated to Vancover Despite the difficulties of distance labour, the money saved up from jobs across Vancouver allowed him to launch his own prestigious electrical contracting business, Meta Electrical Services, the fundamental pillars are the best contracting services and supplies, first-rate installations, and a motivating work atmosphere.
Because strong relationships are the foundation of a satisfied customer base, Soheil retains them as his top focus.
He believes that designing beautiful environment involves more than just professional lighting. Additionally, it's important to make sure the client's expectations and preferences are satisfied and that he is involved in the projects from start to finish.
